This Wednesday (Dec. 12) features an abstract strategy game for two - Onitama - for 10% off. This game is a beautifully made game thats challenge lies in it's limited scope.
Each play allows for only 5 movement cards which are randomly drawn each game - each player has the choice of two of those cards which can be applied to any of their pieces. The movement card then moves to their opponent next turn.
This means that every move by each player is effectively predictable. Given enough forethought, of course. Which I, personally do not possess. This might be a good one to beat me at, guys...
Beautiful and strategically challenging... I mean the game, of course! ;)
